Yes. Every order comes with a proper GST-compliant invoice, eligible for Input Tax Credit. Just ensure your GSTIN is added correctly in your profile or at the time of checkout.

How fast will my order be delivered?

Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery timelines vary by location. In metros, it usually takes 1–3 days; in other cities, 3–6 days.

Can I return or cancel items after placing an order?

Yes, subject to our Return & Replacement Policy. Damaged, incorrect, or defective items are eligible for returns subject to satisfactory evidence being submitted by Customer. Consumables and opened packaging are generally non-returnable.

Does Wisycart have a mobile app?

Can I request a product not listed on the website?

Yes. If you need a specific SKU or brand not visible online, simply raise a custom request. We’ll source it from our supplier network and get back with pricing and timeline.
